Seal - Social Standards Exchange of Experience in Southeast Asia and Practical Learning - is a program of training and support established in order to implement and maintain social standards in companies of different economic sectors with the additional target to improve working conditions for employees. The program is tailored specifically to the need of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME), trainers and consultants as well as governmental and non-govermental organisations and unions. The E-learning software is a joint concept based on the long lasting experiences of the 3p Institute, InWEnt and the consultancy organisation INCCAS. Within this E-learning domain, copanies from all over the world will get the opportunity to work with different tools in order to improve their performance and to learn more about social standards.
