At the beginning of this year, 3p, BCAS and DEG started a new joint remediation project within the garment sector in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The project is on a very good way and improvements within social and environmental areas can be seen. In this context it is innovative that a compliance corner has been arranged to inform about compliance issues. Furthermore a housekeeping award was implemented, what is supposed to be a motivation for floor managers to keep their area of duty in a good condition. This innovation arises to be very effective, as it is connected to an incentive.
